U.S. stocks plummet, with emotional release outweighing fundamental collapse

The three major U.S. stock indices all experienced a sharp decline, and after-hours sentiment quickly turned pessimistic. However, a calm analysis reveals that this is more like an emotional outpouring rather than a sudden loss of fundamentals. Previously, U.S. stocks had been oscillating at high levels for a long time, with valuations, positions, and expectations all relatively tight. Just one catalyst was enough to trigger a chain reaction.
Structurally, this round of decline has several obvious characteristics:
* Overvalued sectors lead the decline
* Volatility rapidly increases
* Stop-loss and algorithmic trading amplify the fall
This is not a sudden "bearish outlook on the U.S. economy" by funds, but a correction indicating that "good news has already been fully priced in." In other words, the market is not doubting for the first time, but finally beginning to express hesitation through price. #美股收盘三大股指暴跌
