[Crypto World] There’s an event you need to know about — BNB Chain announced a new hackathon called “Good Vibes Only Hackathon,” running from January 22 to 29, for 8 consecutive days.

What’s the biggest highlight? This time, they emphasize the concept of “Vibe Coding,” meaning you don’t have to be a seasoned developer to participate. If you have ideas and are willing to get hands-on, that’s enough.

The competition rules are actually quite simple:

  • No strict theme restrictions; do whatever you want
  • The entire development process is open and transparent on X and GitHub
  • You must create new X and GitHub accounts during the event
  • Complete at least one on-chain transaction (supporting BSC or opBNB)

So, how are winners selected? 50% by community voting, 50% by sponsor review, to ensure fairness. Each winning project will receive $1,000 directly, and if sponsors increase, the prize pool will grow.

In short, this is a friendly opportunity for beginners to participate, as long as you have ideas and enthusiasm. The BNB Chain ecosystem has always been attracting developers, and this is yet another sincere invitation.

Haha, this name is interesting—Vibe Coding? It sounds like it's meant to lower the barrier and let more people play. Didn't expect to have to create a new account temporarily. It's a bit troublesome, but I understand the logic. Creating a work in 8 days depends on how "vibe" the idea is.

Ha, I knew it. These low-threshold hackathons are truly interesting. You don't have to be a genius to participate. Eh, why do I need to create a new account? What are they trying to prevent? I love ideas like this. Finally, there's an event with no technical barriers to compete. Eight days to do something, huh? My mind is a bit chaotic right now.

Wow, really? No threshold and still get a bonus? I need to quickly think of some ideas. Wow, this time you don't even need to be a big shot to play, so I definitely have to give it a try. Yeah, I just want to ask, does creating a new account mean a completely new one? Or can old accounts also participate? Vibe coding sounds really comfortable, finally no need to compete over code. This activity is interesting, a $1000 single prize... but I'm afraid I might not come up with anything. Honestly, I'm a bit tempted, but I'm worried it might turn into a failed project again. I really like the transparency and openness, not afraid of cutting corners. By the way, this cycle is a bit short, is 8 days really enough?

Haha, isn't this just an opportunity for slackers? As long as you have ideas... I just like this relaxed style. Emmm, 1000 bucks per project? Seems worth a try. Vibe coding, this is the first time I've heard of it, but it sounds like they don't want to compete so fiercely. I'm a bit tempted, but I'm afraid I can't stick with it for eight days in the end. Does anyone plan to participate? This no cap really has no theme restrictions? Feels like a lot of outrageous projects could easily appear, haha.
